Data deletion
If you want to remove information associated with ReceiptGuard, follow the steps below.
Information stored on your device
Where records or preferences are stored locally, you can remove individual records inside the app where that option is available. You can also clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove its local data.
Requesting help with deletion
- Email us using the button below.
- Keep “ReceiptGuard data deletion request” in the subject.
- Explain which information or service you want us to check.
- We may ask for limited information needed to identify the relevant record or transaction.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and explain whether any relevant information is held by a service used by the app. Information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, purchase records or legal obligations.
